Are you an immediately available Customer Communications Manager with strong project management experience?

An exciting opportunity has come up with a leading oil and gas company where you will co-ordinate with a cross functional, cross market team to manage customer communications on a key compliance project being rolled out across Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily and weekly meetings, co-ordinate inputs and outputs for these meetings, prepare trend analysis and key questions.
  • Work with key technical experts to develop communications materials for individual customers, making sure the right message is sent out to customers.
  • Manage internal communications to key stakeholders on the status of the project.

Experience:

  • Effective communication and people interaction skills.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership across a complex region.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in global networking and influencing.
  • Good understanding of marketing issues, project leaderships and a track record of delivery.
