A niche financial services provider based in London is seeking a CRM Implementation Manager to join an established marketing team. In this new and exciting role, you will ensure the data that is used by the various parts of the business is first, correct and also bespoke to what each team requires. The quality of the data is vital to help the business grow to achieve its 2021 projected targets.

Role responsibilities:

  • You'll be leading the development and direction of the new CRM strategy, translating requirements from the wider teams and supporting them with build appropriate solutions
  • Be the point of contact for all CRM questions and projects
  • Ensure data is cleansed and all duplication's are permanently removed
  • Be the project lead in maintaining the data across the function is delivered to in a timely manner
  • Analyse CRM data and create visualisations for senior stakeholders through current CRM system and Tableau.
  • Work closely with the investment teams to create marketing insight reports.

Key Requirements:

  • Solid experience in a role that involves extensive interaction with a demanding sales function
  • Strong experience of rolling out a CRM platform across a complex organisation
  • Experience of initiating and executing data projects
  • Experience of customer segmentation
  • Good understanding of Voice of the Customer, NPS, and other customer insights modelling
  • Good understanding of GDPR and data governance
  • Worked in an agile environment
  • UK experience is essential
