Based in the heart of Fitzrovia this digital design company is looking for a new CRM Analyst to build and develop their analytics function.

With a strong belief that data should be at the heart of decision making and that they should be using hard facts to drive higher engagement with their consumer base this role offers a unique opportunity for an analytics expert to come in and lead the development of analytics.

This business offers a bespoke service to an extremely loyal client base. With over 80,000 clients engaged with this year, they are very successful within the market.

The Role:

  • Monitor the performance of CRM activities and review customer life cycle analytics.
  • Make recommendations to the wider CRM team on campaign activities and how to drive higher engagement and ROI.
  • Develop customer segmentation and target groups
  • Deliver insights to develop a stronger understanding of consumer behaviour and drive ROI.

About you:

  • You must be an experience CRM Analyst who has worked in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL
  • Be an expert within Excel
  • Strong communication with senior stakeholders and strong presentation skills
  • Have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and identifying trends within the market.
