The Role:

  • Work closely with the Research team, Sales teams and Salestrading teams, ensuring they work together to maximise the service into their Fund Management clients.
  • Help the Sales Account Managers devise action points to improve the service into their accounts by analysing data points. Log and monitor those action points to ensure they are carried through.
  • Run and check client revenue reports, analysing gaps and upside potential, work with sales and Salestrading teams to set action points to close those gaps.
  • Help with the client documentation process, working with various teams who need to get the client set up to ensure the process is smooth and efficient.
  • Help the Head of CRM to answer client questions and solve issues.
  • Help manage internal campaign's around external surveys.
  • The role holder must have an understanding of the regulatory environment, values and abilities consistent with the FCA conduct roles.

Your Profile:

  • Confident and comfortable working with and analysing data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be engaging self motivated individual with strong problem solving skills.
  • Confident with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of the stock broking business and how departments work with each other.
  • Basic understanding of Fund Management business and how they work with stock brokers and Investment Banks.
