We are seeking a talented Senior Consultant to join our interim digital recruitment team, you will join an established team and manage a desk focused digital marketing across all sectors.

EMR are a marketing, communications and digital recruitment specialist, we are based in central London and have placed over 12,000 candidates in the last 25 years.

The role of Senior Consultant is a substantial one, you're expected to be a proven and capable recruiter, able to lead by example and work autonomously. The interim team is focused on providing temporary staffing solutions to clients, via either day rate contracts, interim or fixed term contracts.

Responsibilities will include:
- Account management, you will manage key accounts, maximising their potential and networking them thoroughly. 
- Business Development, you will source new clients through a variety of methods, including networking, candidate tracking, telesales and face to face meetings.
- Full candidate and client full lifecycle management
- Creating thought leadership on you sector 
- Source candidates, using methods such as adverts, job board searches, networking, headhunting and referrals.
- Sell exclusive and contingent solutions, negotiate fees and plan recruitment delivery processes.
- Deliver post placement administration and candidate management.

Candidates MUST have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the marketing, technology / IT or digital space; although we are open to consultants transferring sectors.
- Successful track record of building a contract / day rate business.
- Ability to maximise existing client relationships and generate new ones.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Motivation to deliver excellent service and develop relevant market knowledge.

We offer a holistic and supportive culture, in which you will be continually trained and developed. The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up to £35,000, market leading commission – uncapped with no thresholds, great benefits and incentives.
