Are you a change communications expert with experience communicating digital transformation within insurance or wider financial services organisations?
EMR are working with a global insurance business to recruit a Change Communications Specialist on a 1 year FTC who will be responsible for helping the firm communicate significant digital transformation.
The insurer is embarking on a large scale transformation of IT, upgrading Rulebook and Genius underwriting systems amongst other programmes.
You will be supporting the Head of Internal Communications and Chief Digital Transformation Officer and you will be responsible for designing and implementing a world class change communications programme.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop effective and engaging change communication campaigns aligned to the firm's digital transformation objectives
- Provide change communications counsel to key stakeholders across the business including the C-Suite and key programme managers
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to ensure all activities are coordinated and communications are delivered on time and via the appropriate channels
- Track, measure and evaluate communications to ensure the change programmes are successfully delivered to colleagues
Your key skills and experience will include:
- Significant change communications experience
- Experience communicating digital transformation in insurance or wider financial services organisations
- A 'hands on' communicator - no task is too small for you. You like to roll your sleeves and have a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide communications counsel to colleagues of all levels
- Experience working with wider internal communications teams on collaborative campaigns
