Are you a change communications manager with experience in professional or financial services, and a track record of delivering behaviour change and adoption?

EMR are working with a top four consulting firm to hire a Change Communications to sit within their Tax and Legal communications team, and deliver behaviour change and adoption programmes on a 12 month FTC.

You will take the lead on creating engaging campaigns content across a range of digital and print channels.

As the Change Communications Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with key partners and communications lead to create and deliver an effective change communications strategy.
  • Deliver communications campaigns, focusing on behaviour change and adoption
  • Provide expert communications counsel to senior leaders and advise them on best communications strategy
  • Use a variety of channels to engage audiences, including online and offline

Your key skills and experience will include:

  • Experience of change communications: transformation, culture change and behavioural change
  • An excellent communicator, written and oral, with the ability to use multiple digital and print channels
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including proven ability to work successful with senior colleagues and partners
  • Professional or financial services experience preferred, but not essential
