Job Description
An opportunity has come around for a seasoned change communications consultant to join one of EMR's long standing clients on an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a clear, cohesive communication strategy to support the global rollout.
- Design a global communications plan tailored to diverse regions and stakeholders.
- Craft messaging that clearly articulates the purpose, benefits, and expectations of the platform rollout.
- Coordinate with regional leads to ensure localized communication needs are met.
- Develop a suite of communication assets (toolkits, presentations, email templates, FAQs).
- Monitor communication effectiveness and adapt tactics as needed.
- Design and deliver a global training and enablement strategy.
- Develop scalable training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, user guides, and live sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in communications and change management, preferably within international or multi-site environments.
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working across multiple geographies, languages, and education systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives, ideally involving digital or technology rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across different audiences and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing and delivering training materials and enablement programs for global audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver within a defined 6-9 month timeframe.
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, global organisation
