Source top digital talent.
Meet with candidates to understand their motives and career drivers.
Brief candidates on their dream job. 
Be on the ball with candidate tracking. 
Write and upload rock star job adverts.
Be up to date with digital trends and share with the team! 
Attend leading networking events.
Build a candidate network
Arrange interviews and provide interview feedback.
Be the flag bearer for the CRM best practices and ensure the database is up to date

Excellent relationship building skills 
Positive can do attitude. 
The ability to build and apply market and sector knowledge to gain a competitive edge
Accurate planning and organisational skills.
Demonstrates collaborative working relationships with colleagues 
Takes a proactive approach to self development 

Financial Targets:

£100 for every placed candidate 

Non-Financial Targets:
10 new registered candidates per week

There is an opportunity to develop your career by moving into Associate Consultant role within 6-12 months.
