  • Assist with delivering leads to the call centre from offline media channels (TV, door drops, press and inserts).
  • Manage and report marketing related research and customer insights including competitor activity (creative and media spends) on TV, Print and Online channels
  • Take end to end ownership of one or more print channels.
  • Measure and evaluate key performance metrics to quantify and track on-going marketing success with the objective of hitting ROI targets.
  • Define, create, maintain and produce the relevant reports providing the insights necessary to maximise lead generation and sales.
  • Work closely with the Head of Print Media and the Sales management Team to ensure forecasting and planning is communicated in good time, as accurately as possible with regular updates as required.
  • Assist with the delivery of online acquisition channels and develop and manage end to end our database email marketing project and ongoing activity.
  • Assist with growing our online presence through a variety of campaigns and projects, some that will require ongoing management. .


  • Fully understand the media agencies' methodology on forecasting, to deliver on Online, TV and print targets.
  • Track record in B2C acquisition based marketing ideally in financial services or from a regulated industry
  • Experience in an industry that is reliant in ATL & BTL for its growth
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience across multiple marketing channels both online and offline including email database marketing
  • Prepared to work hard and has a can-do attitude - not afraid to do whatever is required to get the job done
  • Able to demonstrate a pro-active attitude in the way you work.
  • UK experience is essential
