A niche B2B financial services provider is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive and support digital marketing and communication strategy across the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with key stakeholders to define digital marketing strategies, plans, content and schedules to support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Producing and distributing high-quality, engaging content for clients and prospects, and measuring its success to strive for improvements
  • Working with key stakeholders to define UX and CX improvements to optimise customer journeys and support the overall digital marketing strategy for the group and business units.
  • Utilising customer tracking tools such as Google Analytics and lead generation tools; understanding customer behaviours and making improvements.
  • Ensuring we optimise wider digital channels of SEO, social, and PPC to our website and that email content and user experience is fully integrated.
  • Assisting with measurement and reporting on digital channel performance, both quantitatively and qualitatively.

Requirements:

  • Experience of B2B digital campaigns, website management and digital content development.
  • Strong creative content skills for all digital channels.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Experience of understanding customer needs/behaviours and how to optimise online customer experiences.
  • Creative with ability to think laterally and come up with new/ unique ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
  • UK experience is essential
