Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the business development sales team to create effective and creative B2B acquisition campaigns
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of campaigns
  • Managing targets and budgets across multiple digital channels
  • Identify and build campaigns around trending topics to amplify the reach
  • Run live sessions with partners, media or influencers in the industry
  • Planning and supporting the execution of drip campaigns, sponsored social media, web SEO/SEM and display advertising
  • Planning and supporting the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns; including webinars events.
  • Optimise website to improve conversion
  • Championing consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels
  • Lead art and copywriting professionals (outsourcing where needed)

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing a SaaS or B2B tech product or service
  • Love thinking up ways to grow a business and be highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • A great love for content and inbound marketing (side romance with brand and social encouraged)
  • Experience (and love for) Pardot and drip campaigns
  • Shown experience leading and running SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/ or display advertising campaigns
  • Have a background in B2B marketing ideally in financial services or software
  • Knowledge of website analytics tools eg Google Analytics, Mixpanel
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimising google Adwords
  • Nice to have an understanding of HTML and CSS
  • UK experience essential
