Role description and what we're looking for

As a Prospect Strategy & Planning Manager you will develop the acquisition strategy and measurement for all activity and ensure its implementation, integration and optimization.

You will be responsible to develop, manage and continually improve a creative, dynamic, proactive and results driven marketing plan to support delivery of this companies retail acquisition targets across the whole of the domestic retail business and other business units as and when required.

Principle Accountabilities

- Work with Customer Comms, Commercial and Product to develop Acquisition plan to hit business objectives - Develop channel strategy plans across products to maximize response - Work with data and MI teams to define target audiences, assess opportunity, and set targets - Work with channels to agree Performance measurement metrics, and ensure robust reporting - Work with Digital team to ensure digital optimization - Monitor and report on competitor activity and feed in to team planning - Shared accountability for realising strategic goals and direction established by business strategy. - Identify and evaluate innovative communication opportunities to drive acquisition and engagement. - To plan, manage and deliver marketing related ad-hoc projects as and when required.

Knowledge and Skills

- Degree qualified with 7+ years marketing experience - Mid - Senior level strategic and operational experience in a B2C marketing function - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels. - Highly effective influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels. - Evidence of driving direct response campaigns, through the line - Strong digital marketing knowledge - Experience of developing customer informed product propositions - Experience in managing and interrogating data, developing test and learn protocols, and analysing outcomes to inform continuous improvement. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills at all levels. - Highly effective influencing and stakeholder management skills at all levels. - Skilled multi-tasker able to work well under pressure with competing priorities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
