We are pleased to announce the full-time role of Marketing Manager for TRG Concessions. This role will report to the Concessions Divisional Marketing Manager and be based at our Marshalsea Road office, SE1

You will ..

  • Work with the Head of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer to create the annual brand plans, cross group seasonal campaigns and menu development, for a multi brand food and beverage company based in the UK travel sector.
  • Work with external agencies & operations to deliver promotional campaigns set out in the brand plans.
  • Work with design agencies, printers & operations to manage menu changes and ensure that point of sale is delivered on time.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the brand library as a key point of reference for information about our brands.
  • Oversee the divisional pricing strategy and ensure all price updates and changes are executed in an accurate / timely manner
  • Work with the marketing and operations teams to keep abreast of marketing activities across the group.
  • Be a key part of the new openings team, providing support whenever & wherever it is needed.
  • Work with operations to create reactive plans for sites that need help to drive sales.
  • Be responsible for your own brands day to day activity
  • Analyse activity and create plans / recommendations based on fact and insight
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of the brands at all times.
  • Create and manage project budgets. Highlighting cost savings where applicable.
  • Give monthly updates on the marketing activity at the area meetings
  • Send out campaign briefs to sites
  • Work with our partners (UK airports, Network Rail) to deliver their plans into our business and promote the Concession marketing plans in theirs.
  • Work with our franchise partners teams to make sure that brands guidelines are delivered

We are looking for a team player who is passionate about the restaurant industry & committed to the ongoing success of TRG Concessions. You must have a keen eye for detail & the flexibility to take on a broad range of projects.

For this position you will need the following experience, skills and personal qualities:

  • A minimum of 3 years working in hospitality, leisure or food and beverage marketing
  • Knowledge & understanding of the restaurant industry
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Responsible for own workload and be self-motivated in peak times
  • Creative flair and a desire to innovate
  • Strong commercial understanding
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Budget management experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage people at all levels
  • Emotionally resilient and able challenge internal divisions: able to manage a high workload & tight deadlines.
  • Strong PC skills - Powerpoint / Excel
  • Willingness to travel within the UK.
