A leading design consultancy is looking for a Web Support Coordinator to join their Online Marketing Team, located in the heart of London. Reporting into the Web Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring the company website, including managing content, overseeing the layout, managing the CMS, producing web content and assessing the user experience.

Key responsibilities of the Web Support Coordinator:

  • Day to day maintenance and uploading of content
  • Working with stakeholders to create a content calendar
  • Analysing web performance and providing insights
  • Oversee web layouts
  • Monitor content and ensure accuracy is maintained and up to date
  • Agency management
