We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced videographer to join a unique and global business, as their lead video and stills professional.

In this role, as part of the company's global marketing team based in South West London, you will be responsible for the end to end management of all aspects of the photography and videography process and development of both pre and post production. As the videography lead, you will create original and inspiring content to be shared across all digital platforms, ensuring content is engaging, relevant and on-brand. The deliverable content will range from internal marketing promotions and training videos, to press releases and shooting luxurious private jets across Europe.

In this fun but fast paced role, you will need to have the knowledge and confidence to create content from inception through to the final product. You will be equally proficient at the organisation and management of shoots to the professional editing of stills and videos. Although this role will be predominantly based at the global HQ, you must be able to travel freely across Europe to lead on breath taking projects.


  • The planning, shooting and editing of engaging content (stills and video) for in-house and location projects
  • Designing, transports, sets up, and operates production equipment, including audio and lighting equipment for all productions (stills & video)
  • Collate image/video requests
  • The creation of shot lists/storyboards
  • Post-production and editing of video segments (both new and old) including video graphics, for a variety of digital formats
  • Post-productions and editing of photographs including retouching
  • Digital asset management
  • Working closely with the marketing, social and editorial teams


  • Experience of the end to end management of shooting videos from inception to delivery
  • Exceptional video editor with experience of subtitles/graphic overlays
  • Excellent post production skills, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Photoshop
  • Excellent photography and videography skills
  • Experience creating compelling content that implements brand guidelines and the ability to adapt to the brand's aesthetic
  • Good knowledge of basic SEO/video transcript optimisation
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
  • A personal showreel
  • Valid driving license and passport
