A career in recruitment is not for the faint-hearted. The hours can be a little longer than your conventional 9-5, this is purely because our candidates and clients often need to speak with us outside of their standard working hours. We spin a lot of plates at any one point in time so strong organisational and project management skills are essential. You must have an inquisitive mind and a genuine interest in people (we are a purely people based industry). If you’re open to working efficiently and whole heartedly, a career in recruitment can be incredibly rewarding.
