  • Oversee and own resource planning and scheduling
  • Create, manage and implement systems and processes to support the studio operations
  • You will be able to identify freelance needs to ensure projects are run to time and within budget
  • Manage the workflow through the team ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Redefine processes from a continuous improvement perspective from briefing to delivery, followed by implementing and policing those processes
  • General quality control and some proof reading


  • + 8 years as a Traffic or Studio Manager/Production Manager in a creative agency/in house environment across digital, contant and print
  • Management of a creative team of 15 + creative's
  • Creative or design background
  • Ability to multitask, negotiate with multiple stakeholders whilst under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
