Are you a native Spanish speaking, Social Media Guru? This is a great role for a Social Media Community Manager to join a global eCommerce and retail organisation.

This organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Community Manager to help support a multinational digital transformation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about external communications and social media

Responsibilities:

  • Daily monitoring of company's social media accounts through Sprinklr
  • Collaborating with different functions (Marketing, Communications, Science, HR) on response approval and response book update
  • Drafting responses with support of a pre-approved response book / other sources

Skills:

  • Professional experience in social media management, Hands-on with social platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, YouTube etc.)
  • Previous experience in external communications / copywriting
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Fluent English (native / bilingual level) and native Spanish
