Are you an ambitious Senior Digital Performance Marketing Manager looking to be a part of one of the largest and fastest growing fragrance brands in Europe?

Ecommerce is currently one of their greatest profit contributors and they are looking for an entrepreneur and commercially minded performance marketer to grow out performance to achieve their ambitious growth targets

Reporting into the General Manager your role will include:

  • Plan the ecommerce activation plan & execute the end to end (e.g., making changes to site, media coordination/execution, merchandising of site, coordinating with ops/logistics and demand planning)
  • Use past digital performance to add value to the creation of new content/campaigns, prioritisation of site developments and overall digital decision making
  • Identifying, establishing, growing and optimising digital acquisition channels, including affiliates, re-targeting, prospecting, paid social, Google SEM/PLAs, SEO, email and new channels
  • Collaborate with other managers in the digital team to pull together digital performance reports for projects and campaigns
  • Being the first point of contact for customer service; and working with customer service to develop process to aid the CS process
  • Working with operations to deliver orders in the required timeframe
  • Creation, implementation and measurement of promotional strategy
  • CRM / Database management

Person Specifications

  • Extensive experience in online trading and customer acquisition & retention
  • Google Analytics / website analytics experience
  • Demonstrable ability to use site analytics to influence content and customer journeys onsite
  • Experience with leading and developing similar retention and loyalty programmes, on a global basis
  • Strong analytical skills, agile with large amounts of data and experience with structuring analysis to identify opportunities to impact key business levers
  • Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player, but also a motivated self-starter with ability to independently work on multiple projects
