Responsibilities:

  • Build annual marketing plans to meet business objectives
  • Proactively develop marketing initiatives, with both strategic and test and learn approaches
  • Results-focused, the role is responsible for regular tracking and optimization of marketing activity
  • Build a customer segment knowledge base, delivering plans centered on insight and customer needs
  • Measurement, analysis and reporting of marketing effectiveness, with a focus on ROI
  • Partner and stakeholder relationship management
  • Budget responsibility

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate marketing effectiveness from a FX, Travel Money, Retail Banking or Telecoms background
  • Demonstrable experience across comms / brand / integrated planning
  • Either agency or client-side experience
  • UK experience please
