  • Drive forward the marketing strategy for the insurance brand and new products
  • Work with the digital marketing manager to adapt acquisition strategy based on data driven insight and market changes pulling on support from the leadership team for direction when required
  • Oversee the content and social media strategy alongside the Content and Social Media manager
  • Work alongside the trading director and pricing team to create and deliver the aggregator strategy
  • Point of contact for the PR agency managing the relationship and ensuring the PR strategy is integrated into the wider marketing objectives, especially the content and social media activity
  • Final sign-off of marketing activity to ensure consistency in design and tone of voice
  • Working with the wider team to create regular reporting of marketing activity against agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Effective day to day team management, leading the marketing team to deliver company, team and individual objectives and KPIs
  • Budget management
