Senior Marketing Manager - 12 Month FTC

Are you interested in developing and implementing the campaign strategy for one of the biggest names in hospitality? This Senior Marketing Manager opportunity offers the opportunity to work across the marketing mix, including large, national campaigns.

As the Senior Marketing Manager, some of your accountabilities will be:

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns and communications, creatively conveying the brand strengths, product offer, and/or proposition USPs effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target customer segments, learn and understand their drivers and barriers to inform strategy.
  • Use customer insight to drive the development of customer propositions and delivery of effective marketing communications.
  • Own and manage existing agency relationships, as well as identifying and bringing in new partners.

Skills Required:

  • A background of marketing within a multi-site business.
  • An Omni-channel mind-set, with the ability to utilise internal teams and external partners to deliver all campaigns.
  • An Insight led, analytical approach with the ability to develop a deep understanding of customer profiles and innovate accordingly.
