Reporting directly into Head of Retail Marketing, the successful candidate will be a key part of the retail team, responsible for the development and implementation of retail marketing strategies, campaigns and budgets for BL retail marketing or business development lead initiatives, including both existing assets and development projects (circa 15 centres).

Your role: -

  • Delivery & execution of various retail multi-channels marketing campaigns
  • Measuring Campaigns performance (demonstrating ROI) and feedback to the business
  • Budget management
  • Ensure centres' brand position is understood by all occupiers, stakeholders and suppliers
  • Taking responsibility for across marketing projects such as web platform, onsite branding and lead projects as required
  • Manage and proactively communicate with various stakeholders - asset managers, sustainability team, property managers, retailers and others (e.g. suppliers and marketing agencies)

Your profile: -

  • Proven experience of B2C Marketing
  • Extensive experience in highly consumer-focused role (retail, F&B, leisure or similar)
  • Track record of managing the implementation of multi-channel marketing strategy
  • A good understanding of the digital landscape and social media
  • Proven experience in brief writing while working with multiple external agencies
  • Competent with budget management and spreadsheets
  • Confident decision maker
