Description

Responsibilities:

  • Grow the value of in life revenue and loyalty base
  • Define pricing / promotions for all products and services (e.g. Insurance)
  • Responsible for KPIs such as: Churn etc
  • Working closely with Marcomms and especially personalisation, Finance, Sales and other Customer Marketing Areas

Requirements:

  • You'll have experience in customer relationship marketing through compliant communications programs covering - email, mobile, DM, social media and trigger based marketing in FS or similar industry.
  • Substantial experience of commercial Marketing and pricing
  • Experience of customer experience and journeys
  • Experience of Personalisation
  • Must be driven and determined to deliver for our customers
  • Strong Influencing capabilities
