Marketing Executive - Exhibitions

Great new role working within one of the largest events organisations on the world. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable market experience whilst working within the brand team.

Key responsibilities.

  • Work with key internal teams: event, Digital & Campaigns and leadgen teams to ensure all channels and opportunities are effectively optimised to produce the best results with the most effective spend
  • With Head of Marketing execute media and PR plan, liaising with PR agencies and media buying
  • Assist creation of all relevant promotional collateral (digital and print) for the campaign
  • Provide social media support for each event to improve online brand presence - message scheduling, group message interaction, administer follower acquisition and engagement campaigns in conjunction with paid digital/social team.
  • Support the delivery of the partnership plan (including associations, professional bodies & media partners)
  • Website content management
  • Provide regular channel analysis to Marketing Manager for regular reporting of event KPI performance vs. target
  • Conducting interviews with exhibitors and visitors pre and during the shows
  • Onsite management of videography and photographer teams

My client is looking for candidates who are available for an immediate start for what will be a 3-month contract initially. The role is based in Central London.
