  • Co-ordination of Marketing programme across the business including Marketing, Brand, PR, Social, Product and Proposition, Customer Communications, and MI
  • Recommend and deploy an effective programme of test and learn activities to build capability
  • Ensure effective Performance Targets and Metrics are in place, running a cross-departmental combined scorecard
  • Partner with product proposition team to deliver annual and quarterly plans to meet agreed commercial objectives
  • Measurement and reporting of quarterly plans for internal and external stakeholders
  • Analysis, recommendation and optimisation of marketing activity
  • Budget management and reporting


  • Demonstrable experience across retail banking or financial services multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge across marketing disciplines including ATL, customer, digital, performance marketing
  • Media planning and measurement
  • UK experience please
