Description

The role responsibilities for this role include:

  • Reducing churn and driving revenue growth from existing mobile customer base by delivering targeted, relevant and timely in life customer marketing campaigns
  • You will be the first point of contact in the team for the daily management of all mobile in life communications
  • Create and execute best in class customer communications to deepened relationships and ultimately drive revenue growth and churn reduction
  • Continually test and learn new ways to drive efficiency and effectiveness of marketing
  • Management and delivery of direct mail, bill inserts, bill messages, email, SMS and mms campaigns

The successful candidate will have:

  • Had a similar role client (telecommunications industry) or agency side
  • Experience of managing and delivering marketing creative, including working with and managing agencies
  • Experience of managing a communications and media plan and proven track record in delivering results according to target
  • Strong CRM experience, reducing churn and experience of managing rise in price communications
