Senior Intermediary Marketing Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Intermediary Marketing Manager to join a leading London based Financial Services organisation. Working alongside the Head of Intermediary Marketing, you will be required to plan and create marketing and communications strategies aimed for their adviser/intermediary audience.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Own the financial adviser marketing & communications plan and lead on developing/evaluating the plan further
  • Design and develop adviser facing material including marketing copy, content and communications
  • Develop and deliver marketing comms initiatives across all adviser channels using the full marketing mix
  • Plan and take part in adviser events, overseeing the planning and execution of the company's presence at each event as well as being a representative for the business
  • Liaise with and influence internal and external stakeholders of all levels, including very senior stakeholders and CEOs
  • Oversee the relationships with the adviser channels through their dedicated website and teams
  • Support, develop and coach the marketing executive within the team
  • Represent the adviser channel in the organisation projects and programmes as required

Your requirements are:

  • Strong marketing communications experience within financial services and the B2B/intermediary space
  • Experience at creating communications directed at senior B2B audience
  • Strong experience of the full marketing mix including both online and offline channels
  • Knowledge of the financial adviser market and its impact
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and work across different levels
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to work hard and play hard
