This growing Fintech company is looking for an insights Analyst to lead the insights function and provide critical analytics for the wider UK Business. With 10+ years in the market and ten office's globally you will be joining an existing marketing team.

This role is critical to the growth and success to the business and will see you reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will lead the analytics function and act as a support to the marketing team to review ROI on campaigns, sales figures and consumer insights.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Working with the global marketing team you will create stories from data
  • Identify trends, untapped opportunities for growth, and provide analysis of marketing campaigns
  • Working with the UK sales teams you will help provide reporting and sales forecasting
  • You will have full responsibility for all commercial reporting and marketing trends.
  • Identify key areas of growth for the business by looking at consumer segmentation's and target markets.

You will need:

  • To be an experienced Data or Insights Analyst who is confident in dealing with key stakeholders.
  • Have worked with marketing, sales and insights data.
  • Have strong experience in SQL and have expert working knowledge of excel.
  • You will need to have experience working with marketing data and reporting on the ROI of campaigns.
