About you

You will have experience with web based transactional web sites, across both business and technology with a really deep understanding of B2C transactions. You will really get the customer lifecycle and be really knowledgable on ecommerce platforms including Magento as well as attirbution modelling. Personally you will be hugely commercial, collaborative and analytical. You will love mentoring junior staff and helping them achieve their full potential.

About the role

You will be responsible for ownership and management of customer experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, functionality and brand consistency across all owned media platforms. You'll embrace 'omni-channel' and work closely with the Systems and Retail Teams in the UK to put the power of digital technology into the stores and to ensure the customer experience is channel agnostic.

You'll do all e-commerce analytics and reporting, you will also be accountable for customer journey and online user experience, customer acquisition and CRO while ensuring profitability and return on investment is the priority. You will provide weekly conversion reports and future optimisation schedules, working with departmental and cross function colleagues to ensure consistent best practice.
