A great opportunity has arisen for an Interim Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join a Global Professional Services body.

The purpose of this role is to use online marketing tools and techniques to drive footfall to and increase engagement with the brands retail and office centres. The holder is responsible for the creation and implementation of a digital strategy and the design and development of best in class consumer websites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy
    • Design and implement a digital strategy for the compnay's assets in line with wider company marketing plans
    • Use analytics and marketing metrics to assess and improve digital performance
    • Generate innovative ideas to increase web traffic and improve the customer experience
    • Businsiness oversight of digital projects
  • Digital Operation
    • Ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications at asset level (e.g. website, CRM, blogs, social media)
    • Ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of digital projects
    • Create overall content plan for agency and local management to deliver, allowing for a balance of central and local content
    • Drive agencies to deliver engaging written, graphic and video content
    • Complete performance reports against KPIs for all digital activities and use learnings to make recommendations for improved performance
  • General Marketing
    • Budgets: Support assets in development of annual marketing budgets
    • Stakeholder liaison: Manage and proactively communicate with all stakeholders - asset managers, sustainability team, property managers, managing agents, retailers and other third parties
    • Customers Insights: Work closely with customer insights team to ensure all digital plans respond to feedback from the target customer groups
    • Special Projects: Lead defined marketing projects as defined

Key Performance Criteria

  • Increase
    • awareness in the target catchment area and demographics
    • website visits and engagement
    • footfall and dwell time to assets
    • database and CRM programme engagement

Requirements

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Innovative thinker with an open-minded approach to challenges
  • Ability to analyse and interpret market trends, customer behaviour and competitor positioning
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum of 10 years marketing experience in a highly customer focused environment or equivelant
  • Knowledge of online user experience, digital marketing techniques and digital analytics
  • Experience of communicating with and managing a variety of stakeholders
