A leading and innovative technology business is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for defining the digital strategy and support the delivery of the company's marketing message through various digital channels including, but not limited to, e-mail marketing, website, PPC and SEO.

A key part of the role is to track web analytics and other marketing program data that provides insights on ways to improve marketing campaigns.

SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, implement and monitor the EA digital marketing strategy;
  • Define, implement and execute the PPC strategy in Europe and Africa
  • In coordination with the corporate team and with EA marketing team, define and implement the SEO strategy for EA, reviewing content
  • Using marketing automation technology, create and execute outreach-related activities needed to support marketing demand generation, nurturing programs and customer communication programs.
  • Develop a sufficient understanding of the customer base and products to provide best practices guidance and recommendations of outreach related tactics such as opt-out/unsubscribe forms, opt-in programs and registration pages.
  • Create, manage, and track marketing campaigns within Salesforce.com and Pardot marketing automation system; adhere to all stated marketing operations processes
  • Monitor key words/phrases and manage Google Adwords strategies and investments. Perform tests and make adjustments to phrases and landing pages.
  • Optimize web site for inbound activity tracking, nurturing program participation and traffic generation, may also assist with content review and updating and site monitoring and reporting
  • Execute programs on time and provide tools to continually monitor, analyse and tune results to maximize ROI.
  • Analysis - track email, web performance and social media activities via analytics tools and other metrics sources to provide data driven business intelligence used for optimizing program performance and improving the online experience.
  • Collaborate with the EA marketing team and with Corporate marketing team on digital marketing strategy definition, programs and objectives.
  • Manage and review on a regular basis third party vendors as assigned and manage associated budget.

SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of defining digital marketing strategies.
  • Good experience with PPC & SEO
  • Experience running e-mail marketing campaigns and working with Web analytic tools
  • Experience with sales force automation and marketing automation software - preferably Pardot
  • Google Analytics and Google Adwords expertise
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex information to people of all levels: peers, subordinates, sales and leadership.
  • Analytical ability to review data and reports and formulate recommendations based on facts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to manage by influence
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to effectively multi-task, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
