An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Digital Data Analyst to support the digital and innovation teams at a leading logistics company.


  • Gathering insight and feedback opportunities into customer activity via data analysis
  • Advising on the development of tagging, behavioural targeting, measurement and search strategy
  • Supporting the Digital team in assessing the effectiveness of digital innovation initiatives and related activities.
  • Establishing a set of industry best practice reports to meet stakeholder requirements
  • Supporting the development of a range of tests for optimising the digital customer journey
  • Bridging the gap between data and its meaning, making strategic recommendations to stakeholders, both informally and via reports / presentations


  • Advanced Web Analytics skills
  • Advanced Excel and Microsoft packages skills
  • Commercial experience in using customer data to gain insight and drive revenue
  • Experience using Adobe Marketing Cloud (SiteCatalyst, Report Builder and Adhoc Analysis)

Advantageous but not a requirement

  • Experience of multi-variant and A/B testing
  • Experience with tag management technology
  • Experience of MicroStrategy
