One of the leading global law firms is currently looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join their Corporate Communications function to be responsible for the firms CRM database.

Reporting to the Online and Digital Marketing Manager, the candidate will play an integral part in the way that reputation is managed, knowledge is shared and the CRM data is developed and maintained.

Senior CRM Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Advise the business on CRM best-practise and advocate for a more strategic use of the data
  • Develop a CRM strategy to support marketing initiatives
  • Take a lead role in preparing the firm for the upcoming GDPR, working closely with the wider digital team to incorporate any changes in process/structure required
  • Develop and maintain robust data quality processes within the database to maintain data integrity

Senior CRM Manager Essential Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience within a professional services/corporate environment
  • Proven experience working with LexisNexis Interaction CRM System
  • Experience in creating SQL and SSRS reports desirable
  • Strong experience in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Understands the general principles of GDPR and how it will impact the industry
