A new role has been created for a skilled Financial Services CRM professional to join a leading London based brokerage firm in a newly created mandate.

Reporting into the Head of CRM and working within a team of four CRM professionals the CRM Manager will be responsible for the collection and analysis of client feedback, market trend information and internal / external performance metrics. This information will assist the senior management team in their approach to clients needs, and the expansion of the CRM team will depend on the success of this key hire.

Other key responsibilities will include :

- Generation of analysis

- Regular client interaction (face to face)

- Understanding and capturing key client information

- Strong use of Excel

- Business analysis and data improvement

- Maintenance of the current CRM system

- Use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Report Builder (advantageous)

Prior experience of working in the wider Financial Services sector is highly desirable / experience of working in a sell side bank or brokerage (advantageous).
