The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Global Client Lead on managing the delivery of multiple work streams for their key Global account.

As a Senior Account Manager you will be working collaboratively with colleagues across local markets to service Global clients needs.

As a Senior Account Manager your accountabilities will be:

  • Managing the delivery of outstanding client service in order to meet client expectations
  • Project management to make sure multiple work streams are run smoothly & deadlines are met
  • Supporting Global Client Lead in generating new opportunities
  • Seeking new opportunities and generating ideas for existing clients
  • Collaborate with local markets and colleagues to ensure work is delivered on time and to high quality
  • Accurate and timely financial management of projects including invoicing

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience of a Media Agency background is essential
  • Proven experience in account management and working with clients to create new business opportunities
  • Strategic thinker, able to understand the commercial context of a clients business and present innovative solutions to client challenges
  • Can demonstrate a good commercial understanding of contracting principles
  • Good external market awareness; both within media industry and client-specific challenges
  • Strong marketing and media knowledge
  • Experience with Bought, Owned, Earned (BOE) media & reporting tools
  • Exemplary communications skills, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships across multiple countries and cultures
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial, highly motivated and results oriented
  • Good people management skills and ability to mentor junior members of the team
