An international investment business based in London is looking for an enthusiastic French speaking Sales Support Executive to support the business focusing on sales administration and CRM management.

The Sales Support position is essential for the development of the business and requires managing sales administration, sales reporting, being the first point of contact internally and externally, CRM (Salesforce) and referencing funds on platforms.

Sales Support key responsibilities:

  • Management of partnership agreements
  • Analysing business activity and reporting
  • Tracking sales targets and monitoring customer accounts
  • Administration tasks including sales activities, mailing and expenses
  • Supporting the chief sales officer
  • Ensuring sales process is followed and adhered to

Characteristics of Sales Support:

  • Enthusiastic and customer focus
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Organisation and time-management skills
  • Fluent in English and conversational French
  • Excellent presentation and people skills
  • Pro-active with a strong sense of service and initiative
  • Financial Services background is desirable
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
