The role of the Roadshow Coordinator is both broad an immensely challenging and will report into the Senior Director of the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing complex internal and external roadshows, events and conferences.
The Roadshow Coordinator will be charged with developing and executing external roadshows as well as ad hoc conferences and events.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Execution of all logistics surrounding key roadshows
- Assisting project managers with roadshow tracking
- Management of conferences, fees, logistics
- Management of key off-site meetings, black tie dinners and C-suite meetings
