Description

Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver strategic customer and channel analytics to support business objectives
  • Provides commercial insight to inform the optimisation of customer journey and marketing messages in branch and the appropriate estate segmentation to target sales
  • Working with Marketing Operations, brings retail-specific insight to support the development of marketing promotions or product range materials that are to be used in-store
  • Supports the leadership team in strategic initiatives, including the development of new partner relationships and branch propositions and a deeper understanding of customer behaviour to support decision-making
  • Supports activity planning and evaluation cross-functionally as required

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Solid experience of marketing insight
  • Good communications skills and the ability to influence business decisions based on analysis
  • Experience in financial services, retail or/and track record in a franchise environment. Ideally to include analysis of customer experience data, campaign data and transactional data.
