An exciting assignment for an interim Rebrand Project Manager to work with a leading property consultancy and management company in the UK.
This organisation manages various types of real estate including some of London's most prestigious commercial buildings, prime regional shopping centres, enlivened public realm, regenerated neighbourhoods and a sustainable business park.
The Rebrand Project Manager will provide day-to-day project leadership and management of a rebrand implementation project
The rebranding project is in design stage and an experienced brand project manager is required to lead the development of the implementation plan and deliver the rebranding plan by working with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, and across multiple sites and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Consulting with the client about all elements for project scope and delivery, providing a high-level of expertise
- Align the project stakeholders and communicate the project's vision
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools, and constantly monitor and present reports on project progress, quality assurance, problems and solutions to all stakeholders.
- Managing and leading the project, allocating and utilising resources in an efficient manner
- Managing or coordinating partners and working groups engaged in project delivery
- Lead the planning and implementation of the project -- defining project tasks, resource requirements, and transition strategies for every branded asset -- coordinating the involvement of marketing, operations and other functional areas across the business
- Deliver the implementation of all areas within the plan including website roll out, signage, uniform and more
- Develop and maintain the rebrand budget, manage project resource allocation, and be accountable for ensuring the rebrand project is delivered on time and within budget
- Leading internal project meetings and client-facing (or conference call) meetings
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans
- Managing project deliverables and performance in line with approved project plan
- Resolving cross-functional issues at project level
- Closely monitoring the project budget
Requirements
- Applied project management experience, preferably in managing branding implementation projects and cross-functional teams; (Project Management professional certification, preferred).
- Excellent inter-personal skills; strong relationship management, project management, negotiation and collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience facilitating meetings to obtain business requirements, functional specifications, and to achieve objectives
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal guidance, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times in a fast paced environment.
- Fluent in MS project or similar software
