Our highly prestigious membership client is looking to hire a Proposition Development Manager to join their team in London. You will report to the Head of Marketing & Propositions who will offer you full support to be successful in this role.

You will be required to develop stronger propositions and take them to market faster and more effectively. In additional you will be required to take responsibility of the identification, approval, development and review of new and improved offerings for our client's customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing reviews of existing offerings with the relevant product teams and make proposals that will increase commercial performance
  • Develop new value-adding propositions that meet defined market needs as well as upgrading and taking to completion existing proposition ideas from colleagues
  • Act as the conduit between product and market facing teams, by providing both the Campaign and Sales teams with clear proposition outline documentation enabling them to develop highly effective launch campaigns
  • Provide clear status oversight to the Campaign team (and wider teams) of approved offerings as the product teams progress them through the implementation process, so that accurate and effective launch schedules can be maintained
  • Own the ongoing updating and communication of the client's product & proposition pipeline and associated roadmaps
  • Certify that all relevant stakeholders have a clear view of the status of the priorities, as well line of sight of ideas under investigation

Your profile:

  • Product or proposition development professional qualification
  • Experience in learning solutions/training (highly desirable)
  • Ideally possess Design Thinking methodology or similar
  • Ability to collaborate and organise efforts with individuals from different departments
  • Curious and inquisitive, with an ability to apply wide thinking to the development of new ideas and solutions for customers
  • Strong organisational skills - highly attentive to detail and time management
  • Using design thinking (or similar) methodology to develop customer driven learning solutions from the necessary market and customer insight
  • Using learning theory to shape learning solutions and optimise the effectiveness of them
  • Knowledge of storyboarding complex ideas and thinking into clear visual outputs for non-marketing audiences
