Great new opportunity to join a well-known global ecommerce brand in their Global Marketing Operations Team based in South London. The role will suit a fast learning, diligent and proactive individual looking for an exciting new challenge

The role will report into the Integrated Growth Marketing Manager. You will be the main link between the Marketing and Operations teams with the main responsibilities to include;

  • Supporting regional Business Units "BU"/ Marketing and Operational teams with successfully deploying global marketing campaigns
  • Participation and active engagement in various regional marketing team meetings
  • Work as a planner for operations, partnering the region on the most efficient use of available capacity and technology
  • Assure input quality and completeness of all required campaign briefs to the operations teams
  • Facilitating Marketing brief clarifications between BU/Marketing and Operational teams
  • Delivering campaign Performance, driving regional business objectives and growth​
  • Enforcing and further development of existing/new processes with the BU and Marketing teams
  • Act as representative for BU and Marketing teams to feedback all required process changes impacting all involved teams

You will be someone who can deal with stakeholders on different levels with a high emphasis on relationship management and campaign execution. Other ideal skills and qualifications will include but not limited too;

  • Marketing background with 3-5 years of experience
  • Solid understanding of the marketing execution mechanics across various channels and marketing tactics (targeting, segmentation, emails, onsite)
  • Understanding of campaign performance measurement + cross marketing channel optimization
  • Structured way of working
  • Strong ability and experience in managing conflicting interests from various stakeholder groups
  • Solution driven attitude with a natural sense of pragmatism
  • Data driven person with analytical thinking
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and efficiency
  • Professional Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Ability to articulate technical detail pertaining to the success/failure of a given task
  • A strong team player, highly organized and detail oriented
