  • Experience of undertaking research and gathering and analysing quantitative data
  • Ability to plan and organise own and potentially line management of direct report
  • Strong Ability to manage multiple projects and hit tight deadlines
  • Good briefing and reviewing skills
  • Ability to prepare and deliver clear presentations
  • Good report writing skills

The Role:

  • Work with the Insight team to understand the consumer appeal of games.
  • Provide support to the Executive on day-to-day processes.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gain approval for the production and execution of new game concepts, including gaining approval for game procedures and prize structures
  • Work with the Brand team on merchandising and promotions to support game launches.
  • Work with internal teams and external agencies on creating and maintaining winner processes, including the sourcing and fulfilment of prizes.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end game development process, including writing briefs for new game development and existing game optimisation, working with the internal production team and external agencies.
  • Evaluate the performance of games and ensure findings are reflected in future game development.
  • Be the key point of contact for the external agencies and internal development teams to maintain the game development pipeline.
  • Assist the Product Manager with the selection of games for the portfolio plan.
  • Ensure all licensed content is formally submitted and approved in line with the game development process.
  • Responsible for maintaining game development process documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and operational excellence requirements.
  • Demonstrable experience of liaising with colleagues within own and cross-functional teams to support the activities of the team, suggesting ideas and contributing to continuous improvement.
