Key Responsibilities include:

  • To Own and drive the product management and NPD process
  • To be the single point of expertise and contract for the product in the business, working closely with the product strategy team, marketing, sales and product owners
  • To own the delivery of acquisition numbers, responsible for negotiating the product specific marketing budget
  • To co-ordinate all of the component product proposition parts (product and course structure, content, competitor insight, customer research, pricing, brand, PR, CRM and conversion strategies)
  • To be responsible for the overall health of the product, creating strategies and interventions for remedy of issues and development
  • To provide accurate and timely reporting to the business
