PR Manager

EMR are working with a global financial services company to recruit a French-speaking PR Manager to oversee communications in France and BeNeLux.

The role will be based in London and as PR Manager, you will be create and implement the local European PR strategy, act as the primary point of contact for journalists and PR agencies and you will also develop an internal communications strategy to ensure colleagues in France and BeNeLux are engaged with the brand.

This newly formed role sits in a brand new Corporate Affairs department, and you will play a vital role in shaping the purpose and identity of the brand and major transformational change.

As PR Manager you main responsibilities will include:

• Define and implement PR and media relations strategy for European countries, aligning it with products and to the needs of investors in France and the BeNeLux
• Act as a trusted communications adviser for the French and BeNeLux Country Heads
• Act as main point of contact and communications advice for the SICAV platform and supporting operation in Luxembourg
• Be the main point of contact and manage local PR agencies and journalists
• Proactively generate ideas, features and articles for publication
• Monitor and make recommendations off the back of media landscape changes and social media relevance in countries

Your main skills and experience will include:

• Excellent experience in financial PR and implementing local media campaigns
• Experience of managing PR agencies
• Great digital and social media skills
• Excellent media relations and reputational management experience.
• Experience planning and delivering internal communications, as well as experience working with people based I different locations.
• You must be fluent in English and French. Dutch is also desirable.
