Responsibilities

  • Create and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive acquisition and growth for the UK business
  • Deliver engaging and compelling propositions to drive growth
  • Manage and oversee campaigns using paid channels
  • Managing agencies to ensure campaigns are optimised
  • Manage budgets and possess a growth mind-set, striving for high ROI
  • Ensure integration with the marketing calendar plan through promoting the latest campaigns / themes / product launches and promotional offers
  • Manage regular reporting to key internal stakeholders against key KPIs and suggest optimisation improvements
  • Regular analysis to identify new paid media trends, opportunities and markets
  • Working closely with international development to establish strategies and objectives as well as providing day to day support
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
  • Regular analysis to identify new SEO trends, opportunities and markets
  • Affiliate Marketing & Partnerships etc
  • Deliver innovative campaigns across both direct response and brand awareness

Requirements:

  • Solid track record in on and offline marketing acquisition
  • Exceptional line management experience
  • Ideally B2C brand marketing experience from a well known brand
  • B2C consumer finance or insurance experience is preferred but experience from a well known B2C brand would be considered
  • An innovative thinker with a growth mind-set
  • Strong experience in search marketing and analytics
  • Below the line campaign management
  • Creative flair and also an analytical nature
  • Energetic personality with a good sense of humour
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
