  • Support the CRM & Loyalty Manager to deliver the offline mailings and the scheme benefits
  • Keep up to date with developments in CRM marketing
  • Managing the mailing contact strategy and write mailing briefs for content creation and production
  • Work with external agencies on the creative development of communication
  • Help develop data briefs for selections and analysis to go to external agencies
  • Deliver a test and strategy to improve campaign performance
  • Foster a close relationship with buyers and merchandising planning teams to select relevant offers for each campaign
  • Maintain, develop and understand the loyalty database
  • Liaise with operations and customer services teams (internal & external) regularly to deliver campaigns successfully


  • Experience in managing consumer focused offline CRM mailings
  • Experience of retail marketing
  • Knowledge of offline direct marketing principles
  • Good attention to detail
  • Copy writing and excellent communication skills
  • A creative thinker that is proactive in devising content solutions
  • Appreciation of data, segmentation and targeting strategies
