Description

An international company are looking for a Membership and Marketing Manager to oversee their membership acquisition and retention, manage the content to their members and oversee all campaigns.

  • Work in conjunction with the EMEAA Operations management teams to implement direct marketing activity to stimulate core business.
  • Work in conjunction with the EMEAA and telemarketing and call centre management teams to ensure a fully integrated approach between all direct mail and telemarketing activities as part of the consumer marketing strategy.
  • Work in conjunction with the EMEAA Sales teams to increase owner conversions through focused membership drives.
  • Oversee the integrity of the member contact database, ensure the required maintenance and updates are conducted to run the direct marketing activity associated with renewals, upgrades, cross-selling and communication of additional benefits to the membership base.
  • Take responsibility for the selection of direct marketing suppliers and manage working relationships.
  • Design, implement and analyse consumer research studies in line with identified business needs.
  • Analyse both the short-term and long-term opportunities in country to enhance product performance.
  • Cultivate commercially viable relationships with existing/new local suppliers and actively seek additional benefits to enhance the product offering. Actively seek to improve and enhance existing global benefits and work with corporate head office to secure new services and savings that are applicable to all markets.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of current benefits by market.
  • Manage the preparation of the annual budgets for Membership and Corporate Marketing.
  • Track, manage and account for all expenditure as approved in the annual Membership and Corporate Marketing budget.
  • Co-ordinate, manage and execute Interval hosted seminars, industry conferences and corporate events/exhibitions. Devise and implement planning schedule.
  • Work with Sales to ensure effective conference management onsite.
  • Co-ordinate and produce copy for the Upgraded Memberships pages of the Interval World magazine for the EMEAA regions.
  • Liaise with travel agency partner to ensure travel products are accurately featured in all Interval member materials as appropriate.
  • Co-ordinate internal benefits training for all departments/country offices and circulate regular updates detailing new product enhancements/ achievements.

  • Oversee the editing of Interval US B2B newsletter (Interval News) to make relevant for EMEAA regions.
  • Assist with special projects requested by EMEAA Sales via CRM.
