An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Operations Manager to work for one of our financial services clients based in Chatham. The purpose of this role is to lead the development of marketing processes and provide strategic leadership for the various marketing functions.

Your responsibilities are:

  • Process development that ensure best practice in campaign management as well as on going improvements
  • Maximising the marketing team performance by evaluating business technologies and applications
  • Ensuring compliance and regulations are being met and correctly followed by the marketing team
  • Establishing relationships with wider teams and business to communicate the functions of marketing
  • Stakeholder and budget management
  • Manage direct reports such as marketing executives

Requirements are:

  • Strong experience in an operations marketing role ideally within the financial services sector
  • Experience in line management and direct reporting is essential
  • Senior stakeholder management experience ideally in financial services
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulations in relation to marketing in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of best practices around customer facing outputs, both B2B and B2C
  • Microsoft office and PowerPoint knowledge is essential
  • A degree in marketing or equivalent is essential
